The Lions' baseball team had three named to the Texas/New Mexico JUCO All-Star game this past weekend.  Lucas Corrick is a returning pitcher who finished with a 4-1 record with two saves and a team best 3.25 ERA.  Mike Chamberlain, a first baseman, finished in the top 5 of the conference with RBIs and missed only one game last year.  Wade Stramp was an All-Conference player last year, but was not able to play due to an injury. 
 
The All-Star game is played in front of over fifty four-year and professional scouts from all over the country.  Corrick pitched one inning giving up one hit and no runs.  Chamberlain had one hit and a  RBI in his action.
