The 2010 Women's tennis team will open their campaign this weekend at Collin County along with schools from Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Coach Waddell is very excited to get started this weekend for several reasons; first- the girls are ready to play matches against someone other than their teammates; second- coach Waddell is looking forward to be able to evaluate his own talent and at the same time that of the other teams through-out the region. Then lastly, the Spring season is the most competitive with 4 major tournaments along with the team regional's and team national's in Tucson, Arizona. We should be very competitive but  again four teams from Texas will most likely make up half of the top 10 nationally ranked teams!
