The North Central Texas College Lady Lions volleyball team went 1-3 at their own tournament this weekend.

In Friday's pool play, NCTC started things with a 25-21, 29-27 win over Northern Oklahoma College - Enid. In their second pool match, the Lady Lions lost to Seminole State College 13-25, 20-25. In the final pool match Friday, NCTC lost to Paris Junior College 15-25, 23-25.

In bracket play on Saturday, the Lady Lions lost a hard-fought five-set match to Brookhaven College 25-23, 17-25, 25-19, 22-25, 13-15.

The tournament included NCTC, Northern Oklahoma, Paris, Seminole, Vernon, Brookhaven, Wharton and Redlands.
